Tine har en stor interesse for forretningsudvikling salg og marketing. Tines mangeårige erfaring fra konsulentbranchen og entreprenørånd giver Tech10 en flyvehøjde med en forretningsmæssig ballast som kun få virksomheder i har adgang til.
Tine har mere end 30 års erfaring fra konsulentbranchen. Tine har arbejdet for nogle af de store konsulenthuse som Rambøll Management, AS3 og Kjerulf & Partners og som selvstændig primært indenfor strategiimplementering, change management, procesfacilitering og erhvervs-psykologi. Tine er medforfatter til bøger om nye tilgange til forandringer, om Appreciative Inquiry i en nordisk kontekst.
Tine er den fødte iværksætter. Hun elsker at sætte spændende projekter i søen. Hun drives af nysgerrighed og entusiasme samtidig med at hun har en vedholdenhed og ukuelighed som gør at en stor del af projekterne kommer i mål.
Tine er udannet på RUC, psykoterapeut, har en mangeårig systemisk konsulent uddannelse, HD i organisation, samt årelange selvstudier inden for erhvervs-psykologi, strategi- og forretningsudvikling.

Tine has more than 30 years of experience in the consulting industry. Tine has worked for some of the large consulting companies such as Rambøll Management, AS3, and Kjerulf & Partners, and as a freelancer primarily within strategy implementation, change management, process facilitation and business psychology. Tine is co-author of books about new approaches to changes - Appreciative Inquiry in a Nordic context.
Tine is a entrepreneur by hart. She loves to start exciting projects. She is driven by curiosity and enthusiasm at the same time as she has persistence and indomitability which means that a large part of the projects reaches the finish line.
Tine is educated at RUC, a psychotherapist, has many years of systemic consultant training, HD in the organization, and years of self-study in business psychology, strategy, and business development.
